UNTHINK Retirement™ Checklist

  1. Attend weekly training – you should plan on attending company and team training sessions.
  2. Implement a marketing strategy to generate a minimum of 5 QBPs every week.
  3. Refer 1 Customer (can be yourself) and sponsor 2 PSRs – this is priority #1 as it allows you to qualify for all compensation.

Week 1 – Setup

Step 1: Review UNTHINK Retirement™ Checklist

Step 2: Learn about RapidFunnel

  • [ ] This is an optional interactive CRM for $19.95/mo. (it does more than just about any other CRM that charges 5X more)
  • [ ] Register for your RapidFunnel account at http://www.iimapp.com
  • [ ] Download RapidFunnel to your cell phone and/or computer (this is primarily to notify you when a prospect “raises his/her hand”)

Step 3: Is everything setup properly?

  • [ ] Do you know your Rep ID?
  • [ ] Did you sign the DocuSign agreement (this is normally done during the enrollment process, but if you missed it, please sign within 24 hours – if this is not done, your account may be canceled). You can Click Here to sign the DocuSign.
  • [ ] Was your ProPay Account setup up automatically during enrollment (this is how you get paid)? This happens properly 97% of the time. If it did not, UNTHINK Retirement™ Support will send you an email on how to get it set up. Make sure to email support with your ProPay account # after doing so.

Step 4: Review the Solution Video once per week and add Training to your calendar

  • [ ] Encourage your prospects to view the Solution Video
  • [ ] Register for the Live Webinar and Rep Training each week on the **Training Page** (password is iimrocks)
  • [ ] Team Calls
    • [ ] Team Call #1 (with your Sponsor)
    • [ ] Organize Team Call #2 (with your PSRs)
    • [ ] Add these sessions to your calendar

Step 5: Learn about your UR Website/Back Office

  • [ ] Login to your UR Website/Back Office by **Clicking Here** (your username is your RepID and your password is what you created when you enrolled)
    • Navigating Your Back Office IMPORTANT (Image + Training, Marketing, Reports on agency, important documents and updating your debit/credit card information)

      1. Training – here can be found all of the training videos we have put up for your review! The webinar and Thursday trainings will be updated every week.

      2. Marketing – here you will be able to see the different marketing strategies you can implement to start seeing immediate progress!

      To the left under dashboard you will find:

      1. Under the “reports” tab, you will be able to see your agency and the growth of your personal and agency activity!

      2. Under the “corporate” tab you will find important documents such as ads, income projections calculator and a lot of other goodies!

      3. Under the “tools” tab you will find Autoship Manager & Website Manager. Here you will be able to update your credit/debit card information along with personalizing your website.

      These are just some of the many important things to be found in your back office. Continue to explore it as it will be the epicenter of you and your personal at-home business journey!

All Future Weeks – Build

Step 9**: Your 5-hour workweek**

  • [ ] Continue Marketing Strategy (see above) to generate a minimum of 5 QBPs per week (1 hour – unless you are calling to generate leads)
  • [ ] Supporting your Partners / Agency (1 hour)
    • [ ] Make sure you and your Partners attend weekly training
    • [ ] Create a close-knit support group
      • [ ] Connect via text, skype, zoom, conference call etc. at least once per week
      • [ ] Team call #1 with your sponsor
      • [ ] Team call #2 with your Partners
        • [ ] Help new Partners go through the first 2 weeks of the UR Checklist
        • [ ] Each week, track the following:
          • [ ] Have they referred any Customers?
          • [ ] How many Partners do they have?
            • [ ] What are they doing to generate a minimum of 5 QBPs per week?
            • [ ] Do they know how to use Bonzo to interact when prospects “raise their hand”
  • [ ] Interact with prospects through RapidFunnel (3 hours)
    • [ ] Monday thru Saturday
    • [ ] At a minimum, add 15 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes in the evening to your calendar to respond to prospects who have “raised their hand”
      • [ ] Check your dashboard to see who has tried to connect with you
      • [ ] Respond the way they connected with you (phone, email, or text)
    • [ ] Monday
      • [ ] Use the RF app on your phone to send Event invites to your prospects
